1 General Provisions and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the motec platform ("Platform") and all services connected to it. "motec", "we", "our" refers to the motec operator and its authorized entities. "Player", "you", "user" refers to any individual registered on or using the Platform.

By accessing, registering on, or using any service of the motec platform, you voluntarily and knowingly agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

motec reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any change will be considered your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use services on the motec platform, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. If you have not reached this age, you may not use the Platform under any circumstances. motec reserves the right to verify age at any time at its own discretion.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account on the motec platform. If the same person, a family member, or anyone from the same IP address attempts to create multiple accounts, all such accounts will be permanently closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide true, complete, and accurate information when registering an account. If false or misleading information is provided, motec may close the account and withhold any pending payments.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the password and login details of your account. You are accountable for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach, notify us immediately at [email protected].

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported on the motec platform:

• Nagad — Digital financial service
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking
• Bank Transfer — Major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank

3.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Amounts

Each deposit must be at least ৳200. For withdrawals, a minimum amount of ৳500 applies. Requests below these amounts will not be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

motec generally processes approved withdrawal requests within 10 to 45 minutes. However, in some cases verification or banking processes may cause delays.

3.4 Payment Verification

motec may request identity verification or additional documents before processing any transaction. Withdrawals may be held until this process is complete. If you do not cooperate with the verification process, your account may be temporarily suspended.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The motec welcome bonus is 150% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. Depositing ৳28,000 or more applies the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳48,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount — not to the combined total of deposit and bonus.

4.3 Breach of Bonus Terms

If bonus abuse, claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, or any manipulation is attempted, motec reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the associated account. Any winnings derived from the bonus may then be forfeited.

4.4 Other Promotional Offers

motec provides various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer is subject to its own terms and conditions. motec reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any offer at any time.

5 VIP Program and Cashback

The motec VIP program has five tiers, each with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

It is possible to advance to a higher VIP tier through regular gaming activity. motec reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time, and also reserves the right to demote a player from a previously earned tier.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the motec platform:

• Any attempt to gain an advantage through fraud, deception, or manipulation
• Operating games using automated software, bots, or any other tools
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds
• Unauthorized access to or interference with another player's account
• Creating multiple accounts or claiming multiple bonuses
• Misuse of the platform for marketing or commercial purposes
• Intentionally exploiting any technical error or bug

Involvement in any of the above activities may result in motec closing the account, forfeiting the balance, and taking legal action where applicable.

7 Responsible Gaming

9 Rules of Gaming Services

10 Account Closure and Restrictions

motec may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Any breach of the Terms and Conditions
• Suspicion of fraud or deception
• Failure to complete security verification
• Regulatory or legal requirements
• Suspicion of being a minor

You may also request the closure of your own account at any time. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before closure, provided no breach has occurred.

11 Limitation of Liability

The motec platform is provided on an "as is" basis. motec is not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from the user's own decisions
• Disruptions or faults in third-party services
• Losses caused by internet connection issues
• Any indirect or consequential damages

motec is not obligated to pay compensation exceeding the total amount deposited by any individual under any circumstances.

If motec does not enforce any right under these Terms, this will not be considered a waiver of that right. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation or application of these Terms, motec's interpretation will be considered final.
